Terms and Conditions

  • All passengers will be required to sign this liability waiver prior to boarding the boat.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to cruise, and must have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver on behalf of each child.
  • The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your trip following the cruise, and final payment for the trip may be made using cash or credit card once the cruise returns to the dock.
  • Pontiki currently operates a fleet of two boats. Both boats can be reserved at the same time. If you are planning a cruise of more than 7 people, please give us a call at 833-766-8454 in order to make your reservation over the phone and to receive a discounted price.
  • Tipping, though not required, is always appreciated by our hard-working crew.
  • All cruises depart from Harbourside in Jupiter, Florida unless agreed upon otherwise due to the tides. The address is 200 US-1, Jupiter, FL 33477.
  • Please make plans to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure, as cruises must end at the scheduled time, even if departure is delayed due to passengers running late.
  • In an effort to provide the best cruising experience for our guests, departure times may be altered by us at our sole discretion. Pontiki staff will contact you by phone if anything regarding times or pick-up locations changes.
  • Any cruises requiring special assistance such as an ADA-accessibility are requested to call us at time of reservation to ensure that appropriate accommodations can be made to suit your needs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen property – it is up to you to secure your parked car and belongings while enjoying your Pontiki cruise.

Pontiki Boat Cruises will offer a full refund for reservations if the cancellation is made at least seven days in advance. Cancellations may be made by contacting our office via email at [email protected], or by calling 833-766-8454.

The boat cruises run regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where we are forced to cancel a cruise, you will be allowed to reschedule to another time, subject to availability, or we may decide to offer you a refund.

How do we use site usage statistics?

Pontiki collects some information automatically via server logs and cookies. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring URLs. We use this information to prepare for peak usage times and ensure a fast-loading site, to help diagnose problems with our servers and to understand which features of our sites are being used and when.

How do we use cookies and web beacons?

A cookie is a small file that stores information in your browser on your computer. Pontiki web software places cookies in your browser that contain some of the information you provide when you register with us, when you enter a coupon code or respond to special advertising. We do not store highly sensitive personal information such as your password, e-mail address or credit card number in cookies. Cookies enable us to summarize overall usage patterns for our analysis. In addition, we may use cookies to provide personalized services such as showing special discounts available to specific users. We also use cookies to provide a more useful online experience. A web beacon is an invisible graphic on a web page that is programmed to collect non-personally identifiable information about your use of a given site. Like cookies, web beacons allow Pontiki and its technology providers to summarize overall usage patterns for our analysis and provide personalized services. We do not share or provide personally identifiable information we may collect, such as names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers with our advertisers without your express permission. You may opt-out of the cookies delivered by Pontiki by changing the setting on your browser. Depending on your privacy settings, please be aware that this may disable all cookies delivered to your browser, not just the ones delivered by Pontiki. You may also not be able to use all features on our website.

Pontiki will disclose personally identifiable information when it believes in good faith that such disclosures are (a) required by law, including, for example, to comply with a court order, or (b) will help enforce our terms of use, protect your safety or security and/or protect the safety and security of Pontiki, our Web sites, our property, or our employees; or (c) to protect the safety or security of third parties.

Children’s Guidelines

Parental consent is required for children under 13 to register or submit personally identifiable information on our sites.

  • Children: Be sure to ask your parents for permission before you send any personally identifiable information about yourself to us or anyone else over the Internet.
  • Parents and guardians: We encourage you to get involved with your children’s online usage and to be aware of the activities in which they are participating.

We retain the right, at our discretion, to change any of these policies in the future. Our current procedures will be disclosed on this page or other similar web page. Except for information that is subject to the Pontiki Privacy Policy, Pontiki will not treat information you post or transmit to the web site as confidential or proprietary. By sending information to Pontiki through the Website (by transmitting, posting, or otherwise), you agree that Pontiki may use that information in any way, for any purpose, including Pontiki’s own commercial purposes, subject only to the Pontiki Privacy Policy.

Business Transfers

As time passes, Pontiki may be sold along with its assets, or other transactions may occur in which customer information is one of the business assets transferred. In such a case, the customer information which we have gathered may be one of the business assets we transfer.

The Privacy Policy applies only to this Website. Our web site may contains links to other sites operated by unrelated third parties.
